You must book online. You cannot pay the store directly. After booking online you'll receive a confirmation email, which you bring along with your ID to drop off and pick up your bags. In store payments are not accepted.

You can drop off and pick up anytime during opening hours on the dates that you booked. When you drop off your bags, please make sure that you bring your confirmation email and ID (passport, licence, or other ID).
