To date, no customer has complained about damage or theft at any of our left luggage locations.
For your reassurance, we will reimburse customers who experience damage or theft at any of our luggage storage partners up to £250, subject to T&Cs. Read more about this when you book online.
Flat rate
We only charge a day rate, so you can drop off and pick up anytime during opening hours. If your items weighs more than 30kg (66lbs) or is taller than you, then check in advance before booking.

CitySpareSpace carefully selects our luggage storage partners. We take our business partnerships seriously, which is why we vet every luggage storage location before they can provide luggage storage services on our website.
Our network of luggage storage locations are shops, hotels, cafes, and more. Whilst each location has a different type of storage area, your items are stored securely. Many locations have security cameras.
Safe and Secure
There may be a security check on your bag. Usually, your bags will receive a numbered tag, depending on which country you're using luggage storage.
Security is very important to us. When you arrive at our left luggage location, there may be a security check on your bag (we have an open bag policy).
If available at the luggage storage location, our luggage storage partner will attach numbered tags to your bags. Every tag has a unique number, so that you know that you’re getting secure luggage storage.
It is not required, but most of our luggage storage locations have security cameras.
